Our inspirations have some Asian influence as well as from the bayou country of Ville Platte. We have our own Chacurterie programs, where we make our sausages and boudin in house, and our smokehouse allows us a certain freedom most restaurants do not have. With Louisiana BBQ there really aren’t any rules, so we try to utilize that flexibility and just deliver the best possible local ingredients at an awesome value.”
